Bear’s Den Sampler Quilt Layout Tutorial

This is a little tutorial for the quilt layout I used for my Bear’s Den FPP Sampler quilt. This layout can be used for any 6 1/2” x 6 1/2” (including seam allowances) block - whether it is a repeat block or orphan blocks.

I used two different sashing fabrics. The contrast looks subtle in photos but the fabrics are more distinct in the flesh. The darker sashing was a Tilda Chambray in grey and the other is a grey-brown spot - it’s a fabric I’ve used in many other quilts.
