I am so disappointed that this pdf as well as others I've looked at require a knowledge of FPP. I have no idea what that method is. I simply want basic instructions on how to sew a flying geese border with helpful illustrations. There must be that option available somewhere, but this pdf wasn't what I was hoping to find.
A simple quilt design that is easy to understand, with clear diagrams and explanations. The designer includes helpful hints. I think this is a good shop to buy from.
This pattern looks more complicated than it actually is, so it creates a fun, satisfying quilt. The instructions are very well-thought out and easy to understand. I heartily recommend this shop and designer.
I love it! There are more ways to look at this pattern than just the original one. I am about to use this pattern using the Potato Chip pattern rules! I think a class at our local fabric store would be great so I am off to get the examples made up!! Thanks for the ideas!
I look forward to making this quilt. Ive read through the directions and they're clear and easy to understand. The best thing is the two part templates! Ingenious! I love them!
I'm using as a fill in when I have only a short time to fill that sewing need. A fun scrappy project.
Not sure why I ordered these....thought they would be a help aid. But the pattern is already self explanitory and looks easy. Maybe if I want to make another size? I'll keep them around just in case.
I'm seeing several of these on my internet and quilting sites lately. Personally I've loving the pattern and it isnext on my bucket list, even have the fabric already ordered.
This isn't a FPP pattern. There should be separate pieces with space enough between them for seam allowances and reasonable extra space, with the order of use of the pieces designated . This is just line drawings of the assembled block in different scales.
