Thank you for shopping at Thimbles and Needles. Below is our shipping policy for digital and printed quilt patterns.

 

Digital Quilt Patterns (Instant Download)

  • All digital quilt patterns are delivered electronically as PDF files.
  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link.
  • Downloads are instant, so there are no shipping charges for digital products.
  • Be sure to save your files promptly. We recommend backing them up for future use.

 

Printed Quilt Patterns (Physical Products)

  • Printed quilt patterns are shipped to the mailing address you provide at checkout.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be displayed during checkout.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.
  • We ship via Australia Post.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we ship printed quilt patterns and templates to Australia, UK, Canada, USA and New Zealand only.
  • Digital quilt patterns are available worldwide as instant downloads.

 

Current Shipping Rates

 

  • Australia 
  • $4AUD (under 250g) 
  • $12AUD (over 0.25kg-<0.5kg)
  • $15AUD (over 0.5kg)

 

  • New Zealand $19NZD (under 500g) and $30NZD (over 500g)

 

  • Canada $20CAD (Customs duties are payable by the customer on delivery)
  • Please contact me for a shipping estimate for wholesale orders.

 

  • UK  £13 (Customs duties are payable by the customer on delivery)
  • Please contact me for a shipping estimate for wholesale orders.

 

  • USA   Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight.  The minimum shipping rate is $16USD (applicable to most retail orders) and capped at $46USD (applicable to wholesale orders)


 

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic orders usually arrive within 7 business days.
  • International orders may take 10-15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

 

Delays and Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for postal delays, customs holds, or packages lost after they leave our care.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your printed quilt pattern arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
