Digital Quilt Patterns (PDF Downloads)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital quilt patterns are final.
- Once a PDF has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- If you experience issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us - we’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.
Printed Quilt Patterns
- Printed quilt patterns may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To request a return or replacement, please contact us at info@thimblesandneedles.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To process your claim, we may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.
Conditions for Returns (Printed Patterns)
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Exchanges
- We only replace printed quilt patterns if they are defective or incorrect.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
