The pattern is designed to fit a European Pillow (Finished size of pattern 25.5" x 25.5" or 64cm x 64cm).
It is suitable for the beginner quilter or sewist and would make a lovely addition to a home or a thoughtful handmade gift.
It can be made scrappy or with co-ordinated fabric selection. A colouring in page is included so makers can experiment with different fabric placements.
Instructions are for rotary cutting and machine piecing.
The requirements are
3 different coloured fabrics - large scraps or fat eighths
5/8 yard (1/2m) of background fabric which can be cut from the same fabric or be scrappy.
30" x 30" (75cm x 75cm) lining fabric
28" x width of fabric (70cm x wof) for envelope closing back
30" x 30" batting
Perle 8 thread for handquilting (optional)
26" x 26" (65cm x 65cm) European Pillow insert
